Beach service is included from March 1 to October 31, 2025 (one set - 2 loungers and 1 umbrella). Upon arrival, all guests must register at the HOA office to pay the resort fee and receive their parking pass. The fee is $30, and they accept credit cards and cash (no debit cards). Located on a beachfront property, getting to the sand is as easy as walking out your door. Within a few miles, you'll have access to Panama City Beach's best attractions, ranging from shopping at Pier Park to checking out exhibits at Gulf World Marine Park. This property is for guests 21 years old and older. Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break and Major Holidays). The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum (including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632.
