This property requires armbands to be worn at all times while on the property for safety. The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum (including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection, with no money refunded. Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM and 7 AM.
