A truly wonderful community with great service and location

I’ve been living here for almost three years and truly love the peaceful environment, well-maintained facilities, and convenient amenities. The staff are always friendly and professional — especially Ms. Cindy from the leasing office. She’s warm, patient, and always goes above and beyond to help us with any questions or concerns. The location is also fantastic — close to everything I need, yet still quiet and comfortable. Living here has been a great experience overall, and I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to call home.

Just moved in

Beautiful building! Clean pool/ work out area/ coffee/ Fireplace area by pool! The staff is exceptional! Cindy is helpful explaining each area! Tony was amazing helping me through leasing process!! Stacey set up my smart thermostat!! Can’t wait to finish unpacking start enjoying property Cynthia

I found the perfect place with zero stress.

Cindy made the entire leasing process smooth and worry-free. She was professional, extremely responsive to messages, and very patient with all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, she took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt confident in my decision. I highly recommend working with Cindy—she truly makes a difference!

So nice

I just arrived in the United States and found a lot of apartments, but I only liked Apartment 88. Sure enough, the decision was very correct. It was very comfortable to live in and the service was super good. Any problems were quickly solved. The front desk manager “cindy ” can speaks Chinese. She is beautiful and kind-hearted, and is super good. If you have any questions or those who need help, you will get a response. The environment and the quality of the residents are also very high. Come on, haha~
