Located at the Summit Beach Resort, this condo is right down the street from oceanfront dining, shopping spots, and numerous activities and adventures! The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – April 2026). Dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit is open but features a temporary railing. You may also experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time, and access to the heated pool may occasionally vary due to ongoing work. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 7 guests, including children and infants.
