Enjoy a view of the shared pool from the furnished private balcony. Please note that balcony access is not guaranteed due to an ongoing balcony renovation project from September 2025 to March 2026, and dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. During this time, balconies will be closed, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM. When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice). Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 5 guests, including children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in a fine and possible ejection. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests who require balcony access must inquire before booking. No refunds or compensation will be issued if the balcony is inaccessible during the reservation period or for any noise related to the renovation project.
