There is plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax after a long day at the beach. The Summit condominium features exciting amenities that will delight the young and the young at heart. Splash around in the pool, play a few rounds of shuffleboard, or host cookouts in the BBQ area. Call loved ones or post photos to social media with the free Wi-Fi, and stay fit in the fitness room. Soak up the sun on the sundeck, or head out to the beach for surfing, sandcastle building, or beachcombing. An in-unit washer and dryer are available. This condo is the perfect place to spend your vacation. The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project from September 2025 to March 2026. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify if you will have access to your balcony during your stay. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break and Major Holidays). Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is five guests including children and infants.
