This home is situated in the highly popular Summit Beach Resort, just a short distance from all the fun. The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk from your door! The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project from September 2025 to March 2026. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify if you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM. Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break and Major Holidays).
