The beachfront location of this condo puts you in a great spot to experience Panama City Beach's fun. Pier Park is just under six miles from this property and offers a variety of shops and restaurants. St. Andrews State Park is five miles away, where guests can explore the pier and enjoy a shuttle boat tour. You can also hop on a ferry over to Shell Island, which is only accessible by boat. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. Per Panama City Beach Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 5 guests, including children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in a fine and ejection. Check-in is at 4 PM Central Time (5 PM during Spring Break and major holidays). The resort is undergoing balcony restoration from Sept 2025 – Mar 2026. Balcony access will be closed, and guests may hear noise or see dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.
