Free beach service is included from March 1 to October 31, providing one set that includes two loungers and one umbrella. Located steps from the sand, this condo is right down the street from oceanfront dining, shopping spots, and numerous activities and adventures. Enjoy spectacular Gulf views from the balcony. The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project from September 2025 to January 2026. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. The indoor hot tub is closed for renovation until further notice, beginning January 2026. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM.
