The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project from September 2025 to January 2026. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. In January 2026, the indoor hot tub is closed until further notice for renovations. Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM and 7 AM. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 5 guests, including children and infants.
