The fully equipped kitchen allows you to whip up a meal and enjoy it on the private balcony while the sun sets over the ocean, or spend a relaxing evening indoors browsing the cable channels on the flatscreen TV. There are also plenty of opportunities for shopping and dining within a few miles. Be sure to head to Pier Park, St. Andrews Park, Shell Island, and other top attractions. On-site amenities include two large pools (one heated during the winter season), two outside hot tubs, kiddy pools, a tiki bar, a sundeck with lounge chairs, charcoal grills, tennis courts, a fitness center, an indoor spa, a business center, a gift shop/convenience store, and Bikini Bob`s Restaurant. The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project from September 2025 to January 2026. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify if you will have access to your balcony during your stay. Maximum occupancy is 5 guests including children and infants. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. [SI]
