Pier Park, one of the largest outdoor shopping malls in the Panhandle, is also nearby. Maximum occupancy is 11 guests including children and infants. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 1503 from 11/29 - 12/10. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust.
