This 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo sleeps five and features a balcony hovering over a white-sand beach. The living room is perfect for planning your relaxing day over a homemade breakfast made in the kitchen. The king-size bed is exactly where you'll want to rest up after working hard on your tan. There's also a sofa bed. This condo includes a washer and dryer. Enjoy access to three pools (one of which is heated seasonally), shuffleboard, tennis, and a game room. Enjoy the seasonal beach chairs included with this rental. After admiring the beach from your balcony, you'll be glad to sink your feet into the sand. Relax as long as you like on the gulf shore or take a charter fishing boat for a chance at marlin! Pineapple Willy's is just down the road if you're looking to indulge in some BBQ. The resort is undergoing balcony restoration from September 2025 to March 2026. Balcony access will be closed, and guests may hear noise or see dust. Verify with us if you will have access to your balcony during your stay. The indoor hot tub is closed for renovation until further notice. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is five guests including children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in a fine and possible ejection. [SI]
