Take a half-mile stroll to fish for flounder, king mackerel, and redfish at the Russell-Fields Pier, and peruse more than 100 retailers, excellent restaurants, cinemas, and all sorts of entertainment at Pier Park. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. Per Panama City Beach Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is five guests, including children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in a fine and possible ejection. Check-in is at 4 PM Central Time (5 PM during Spring Break and major holidays). The property will be undergoing a balcony restoration project from September 2025 through March 2026. Guests may experience occasional construction noise. The balcony for this unit has reopened with a temporary safety railing. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice (estimated reopening mid-February 2026). The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8 AM to 11 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11 PM. [SI]
