Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us if you will have access to your balcony during your stay. The indoor hot tub is closed for renovation until further notice in January 2026. Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM and 7 AM. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 7 guests including children and infants.
