Free seasonal beach service is offered from March 1 to October 31, 2025. Dine on local seafood or other menu items at any of the nearby restaurants. Head half a mile east to find several family-friendly opportunities for fun such as Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, WonderWorks, and Race City! The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project from September 2025 to January 2026. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. The indoor hot tub is closed for renovation until further notice in January 2026. Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM and 7 AM. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 5 guests including children and infants.
