The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project from September 2025 to January 2026. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify if you will have access to your balcony during your stay, as no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub is closed for renovation until further notice as of January 2026. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. The maximum occupancy is 7 guests, including children and infants.
