About This Property

Great upstairs unit in Highland Square. It has original wood floors, a bright and open living room, two bedrooms and one bath. There are washer/ dryer hookups in the shared basement. Walking distance to Mustard Seed Market, parks and bars/ restaurants in Highland Square. Monthly rent amount is $900. A security deposit of $900 will be required, as will a $300 water deposit. Tenant pays all utilities ( water/ sewer/trash, gas and electric ). Owner pays for lawn care and snow removal. Non smoking lease. Small pets considered on a case by case basis. If accepted they will require an additional deposit of $300/ pet. Maximum of two pets. This property is professionally managed by Southern Sky Realty. We run a credit, criminal and eviction check on all applicants aged 18 and older, and require a non refundable $40 per person fee to do so. We do not approve evictions in the past 5 years. We do adhere to all Fair Housing Laws.
