QUICK OVERVIEW: We offer you our clean 2 bedrooms with an extra bedroom space and 2 full expanded full bathrooms in our townhouse. It sleeps 4 to 6 comfortably refer to extra guests note. Our townhouse is nicely-appointed with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and patio. By the way, the bedrooms are 2nd floor and offer a quiet deep relaxing sleep in 2 king size beds. Plus we provide numerous extras to make you feel completely at home. This beautiful townhouse is fully furnished & equipped with all possible amenities. We offer a personal semi-private backyard patio furnished with BBQ & complete outdoor patio furniture. Our beautiful home is in Islamorada, located in a 24-hour security private gated community. FREE secure high-speed Wi-Fi. 3 BEDROOMS DETAILS: Our vacation home has 2 separate bedrooms, with one being sub-divided with a wall and door. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed (with great high-quality comforter, sheets, & pillows) & digital cable TV on wall. We get many compliments on comfort & sleep on our high-end mattress, with many asking us for the mattress brand. The 2nd bedroom is 14’ x 13’ with a king size beds. There’s a large smart TV on wall. The 3rd bedroom is open and has a day-bed and comfy trundle bed underneath. This for a small child or two. Loft area for teenagers or young adults has two twin beds. EXTRAS: The rooms have their own Xfinity Cable Smart TVs (3 in all). Plus the living room has a foldout sofa-bed. All very nice bedding & towels included. We have plenty of beds, but we stipulate only 4 guests. Will allow up to 6 based on clear written owner exception and extra payment are required for additional guests. BATHROOMS: We’re proud of the most spacious master bathroom possible, with high open ceiling which shows off the natural wood beams above. The surrounding shower walls & floors are beautifully tiled & enclosed with glass & stained glass window feature. To top it off, we installed a new spa-like rain-like shower with multiple body sprays which gives the very best showering experience possible, even better than many 5-star retreats. My wife, a licensed designer, created this luxurious bathroom. Plus, we also upgraded & redesigned first floor bathroom. The 1st floor bathroom has an awesome over-head rain shower. KITCHEN & LIVING AREA: Enjoy the most spacious & functional kitchen in our community. We also supplied our kitchen with just about EVERYTHING that you may need for creating delicious family meals. The kitchen has an open design that flows with the rest of the first floor. So enjoy cooking while still being engaged with everyone. Close-by is a large & inviting family friendly table & entertainment area. ENTERTAINMENT AREA: 1st floor has very comfortable open layout, which is very accommodating for families. We offer the newest entertainment technology TV / secure WiFi cable channels. We have numerous board games if you want the family to go low tech. SEMI-PRIVATE BACKYARD: Our backyard patio has beautiful lush landscaping. Our backyard is very private due to privacy wall and surrounding palm trees with orchids, cactus center garden, privacy wall on one side, and trellis plus more trees on the other side. Our patio is furnished with complete outdoor patio furniture (table, shade umbrella, and chairs). For the grill master, we have a very functional BBQ with two propane tanks ready to go. WORK FROM HOME DREAM! Do you want to try working and living in Keys for a few months? We have your perfect solution and work setup for you. We created a functional work areas. We have a desk & high-end comfortable executive chair, 2 flat 32-inch monitors with HDMI cables, & keyboard/mouse. These are all ready to connect to your personal or work laptop. Desks are stocked with just about every office item needed, including even multiple laptop power supplies. Don't miss any work and meetings. Highest speed internet and complete connectivity inside and outside our house. EXTRA AMENITIES: We have numerous additional amenities to our vacation home. This includes a kayak, some adult bikes (in “AS IS condition”), different size snorkeling gear (goggles, fins, vests, & diver/snorkeling flag), 4 to 5 higher end tennis equipment, fishing gear & net, beach floats, beach chairs, picnic coolers, a large array of beach towels, beach bags, castle building stuff for tots, various board games, balls, Frisbees, hats, & our list keeps growing. (If not sure, just ask us.) TOP QUALITY: All comfortable bedding, linens, bath towels & towels included. You will all find all beds are made. OUR SPECIAL LOCATION: Our condo is in a private with 24-7 onsite security & yet everything is close by. Our townhouse is a very short walk to the pool & clubhouse under-construction. The big heated pool surrounded by lounge chairs, the fishing pier & private beach area. Manatees come by swimming around the community fishing pier / boat dock. Due to our picturesque shoreline (with its small lighthouse, boats), it provides incredible daily sunset photo ops. So plan on taking your favorite drink to relax in the beach chairs in this family friendly setting as the sun goes down. You are within walking distance to Founders Park Complex. This offers you a large Olympic sized pool with diving boards, large sandy beach, sand volleyball court, walking jogging bicycling trails, full basketball court, pickleball courts, large soccer & baseball fields, kiddie water park & more.
