Our ranch style house is conveniently located in a nice area of Pomona. It has a long drive way through the metal gate drive in the property. It has a large parking space in the backyard. It is near highways 10, 60, 57, and 71- It is close to Western University, Mt. Sac, Cal Poly, Claremont colleges, University of La Verne. The parking spot is right ourside or the entrance on the drive way, jest few steps from parking to the room, very convience. This parking space fee include in the rent. We are asking $1100 a month rent includes Utilities, FIOS high speed wireless Internet service. We have a shared big kitchen, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and hallways.
