Two full bathrooms, a half bath, and a laundry room complete the inside of this home. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front porch and end the day with some grilling and chilling on the back deck. Guests will park in the driveway, accommodating up to 4 cars. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay.
