The girl who helped me on the phone was super friendly and helpful. She was quick to answer my questions as well as have informative answers.

I really enjoy living here so much that I renewed my lease twice. Maintenance answers very quickly and the community is clean and well organized. I also enjoy the community events they host throughout the year. The staff is very friendly and communication is clear.

Overall, I really enjoy living here. The neighborhood is quiet and the amenities are nice. There’s not much I could ask for from the apartment.

Absolutely no complaints living here. Great prices, great amenities, and very quick to come help fix things up!!!! While I am now graduated, If I was to stay in Clemson any longer this would be where I stay.

Great neighborhood and close to campus. Any maintenance requests have been answered in a timely manner. Very safe, I frequently walk around the neighborhood with out any safety concerns.

The set up is lovely but the price is kind of high. I would have expected it to go down with my second renewal but instead it increased. The pet fee is also pretty steep.

I enjoy living here; it's suitable for both me and my cat, and the dog park/walking trail is very nice when the weather is warm. Although the price is steep, it's a nice place to live and I will continue living here most likely until I graduate.

Loved my last two years here, and would change a thing. Sometime the parking can be tough if you get back super late, but other than that I recommend. Maintenance is also great responding to requests and getting to you quickly.

I love the community that I am apart of. I feel that everyone is nice and caring towards one another. Also, I feel very safe where I am living.

I also highly recommend their roommate matching service—my roommate and I were paired up our first year here and we've been living together ever since!

Living here has been a dream. The only issue we’ve had was dealt with swiftly and quickly by management and they were so kind. Management is extremely understanding and very approachable and take their residents seriously.

Staff is great! The farmhouses are so adorable inside and out! I would recommend anyone living here especially because it’s so close to campus!

I love the environment here is so very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this place to all college student. Most students don’t like living with multiple people but this allows you to have the opportunity to only live with one other person.

Deciding to live at 864 Clemson has been the best decision I have made here at Clemson. All of the staff members and maintenance workers are so nice and willing to help! I often use the amenities provided and they are perfect for college students. I have already resigned for another year here!

I have loved living here. All of the employees have been excellent to work with. The manager is hard to get in contact with if you need her. Overall a good experience.

I like most of what is offered by the community but I feel for the price there should be a cable package included. The facilities however are always kept in great quality.

864 Student Living is a great place to live. It’s close to campus, has amazing amenities, and staff is always super nice and helpful. The 24 hour gym is my favorite part of the club house.

The maintenance team is great and the location can’t be beat! The bus line is very convenient and makes for easy access. Intersection nearby is a little crazy though.

This place is terrible. We have a three bedroom apartment that two of my sons are in. They assigned a roommate after two years who is completely incompatible. He brings in drugs and is completely filthy. We have reached our numerous times to try to discuss options for some sort of remedy and there refuse to contact us or take any of our phone calls. Literally the worst service I have ever experienced. The new roommate has removed fire alarms in order to smoke and continually leaves the stove top on due to being stoned regularly. We’ve mentioned this to the rental company in emails , in addition to corporate, and they have no regard for our sons safety or the safety of other residents. They ignore maintenance requests. They do not keep up the grounds or the apartments at all. The apartments are infested with bugs and flies, and they do nothing about it. They are extremely rude and will not return a phone call. They hide behind emails and have no regard for their tenants. Please be cautious renting from these people. You will absolutely regret it.
