Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation canceled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $20 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in our units that measure the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
