Island View Cottages on West Grand Traverse Bay next to Downtown Traverse City. Our 3 bedroom Beach House will available Oct 13 until May 1st 2026. Please call or email for more info (Do not text). $2250 per month with one month security deposit. Trash, Cable TV, water and snow removal included. Other utilities not included and must be put in your name upon move in. Our 3 bedroom Carriage House (same property) is also available for the same dates as well as several cottages and apartments of various sizes. Best location in Traverse City. Island View Cottages on West Grand Traverse Bay next to downtown. The Beach House features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The house sits on our private 140 foot sandy beach. Walking distance to downtown. House comes fully furnished. Large private parking lot right next to the house for easy access Internet , cable TV , & trash and snow removal all included Utilities not included and you must put them in your name upon move-in. This unit is available from october 13th through May 1st. We are looking from someone to commit to rent until May 1st but this is not a formal lease. You cannot stay any later that May 1st because we have nightly guests booked for the spring. Check out Islandv(dot)com for more details .. we also have several other cottages (various sizes) and apartments available for this time and November 1st. We require one months security deposit to hold. That deposit becomes non-refundable after 30 days as we've had many people that put down deposits everywhere then cancel last minute. Upon move in first months rent and $250 (non-refundable) cleaning fee are due. You will get your security deposit back at the end of your stay if there's no damage and you stay the full term. If you leave early you will lose your security deposit. Shorter stays are negotiable at a higher monthly rate. Example: 5 months rental agreement @ $2600 per month. Pets may be accepted with a pet deposit in some circumstances No felonies References / employment status/proof of income *discounts can be negotiated if you pay the full term up front ..
