Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and a rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. A non-refundable $60 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported before check-out. The home includes a dedicated workspace, making it remote work-friendly.
