There are 2 good sized bedrooms! Full bath tub! Close to walking trails, school and shops, and in the Barre Town school district. Tenant responsible for propane heat and electric (hot water is electric) Snow removal (NOT shoveling), trash and lawn care included Plenty of parking! NO smoking, and NO pets please! Rental Criteria: $25 background and credit check required for anyone over the age of 18 Credit score of at least 600 from one of the applicants (or a cosigner) Gross household income of at least 3x the rent amount Rental history (or a cosigner) 1 year lease required Application Process: We always recommend viewing the property before putting in a rental application (but it’s up to you!) Our application is located right on our website- just simply click “apply now” next to whatever unit you are interested in! Everyone over the age of 18 will need to apply.
