This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. The fully functional kitchen includes tea, coffee, a kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. A washer and dryer are available. The bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Pets are allowed in the apartment for a fee of $20 per night for 1 pet. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Parking is available, and if you require a parking spot, you must provide your vehicle and license plate numbers. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). If the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation, the reservation may be canceled immediately without any refund. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is discovered, the reservation may be canceled immediately and you will be charged a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fees. [SI]
