The unit is well located in the complex, as itâ??s close to the laundry room and heated pool. Occupancy limit of two. Small dog upon approval permitted with pet fee. APPLICANTS MUST PASS CREDIT CHECK AND PAY A $25 APPLICATION FEE. $1,400.00 per month includes all utilities, electric, water, wifi and cable. There is a $100 per month cap on electric. $1,000 damage deposit required. 6 to 8 month lease.
