APPLICANTS MUST PASS CREDIT CHECK AND PAY A $25 APPLICATION FEE. $1,400.00 per month includes all utilities, electric, water, wifi and cable. There is a $100 per month cap on electric. $1,000 damage deposit required. 6 to 8 month lease.
