Beautifully restores historical house in Richmond Hill with 2 units available for rent. The E, F, J and LIRR trains are located nearby, which makes this neighbourhood well situated with easy access to Manhattan, Brooklyn and Long Island. We are located near JFK airport (15-20 mins drive), Laguardia airport (10-20 Min drive) , Jamaica Hospital (10 Min), Forest Hills Hospital (10-15 mins), Northshore LIJ (20-25 Mins), and many more hospitals. There is street parking with no alternate side regulations or for a monthly cost of $200, you can guarantee parking in the driveway. Located in beautiful area of Queens with many restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The home is a short walk to the 3rd largest park in Queens, Forest Park. The park is over 500 acres large and has long walking paths, a track field, and different playing courts. We are also located close to the West Side Tennis Club and horse riding schools, where you can take horse rides in Forest Park. There are no pets allowed, no smoking, and no additional furniture allowed in the apartment. There is a front entrance to the apartments, which leads to the porch. In the porch, there are two doors, one to the upstairs 3 bedroom duplex and one to this 2 bedroom apartment. There are restored original features and hardwood floors with beautiful hand selected area rugs throughout the apartments. All of the drapes have been hand made and chosen to match the surroundings. It is fully furnished, including linens, towels, kitchen appliances, utensils, plates, etc. The attention to detail and the high quality of the furnishings and amenities make this apartment truly comfortable and well-appointed. We do our best to provide a well coordinated environment that makes this apartments feel warm and welcoming. For longer term stays, we require a cleaning service minimum once per month, which we can provide for an additional cost at market rate to ensure the apartment is taken care of. We are located near many convenient stores and shops. There is a laundromat just up the street next to the park, a supermarket a street away with restaurants nearby. There is also a Trader Joe's about 20 minutes by bus or 5 minute drive away. There are two great pizzerias in and around the nieghborhood which have been featured on social media. Try the plain cheese slice at Dani's or go for the grandma's slice from Alfies - you won't regret either! There is also a great local bagel shop in Kew Gardens called Bakers Dozen which has been serving the area for 20 years and worth the 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive.There is also the famous home made ice cream parlor, Eddie's Sweet Shop about 15 minutes walking distance through Forest Park or a 5 minute car ride away.
