The tiki bar is nestled among mangroves with an abundance of wildlife, orchids, and tropical foliage. At the tiki bar there are two TV's, stereo, fridge, microwave, dishes, grill. Beautiful view of the lagoon. Completely furnished and supplied (aluminum foil, dish soap, cleaning supplies, zip lock bags, paper towels etc... enough to get started). Just bring your toothbrush. This is an annual (year round) not a vacation rental. Cost includes electric, water, cable, internet. There are two laundry areas (NOT coin operated). NO SMOKING (in apartment) and NO PETS This property is for sale - however this is a annual rental and I am offering a one year lease, that a new owner is required to honor.
