A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Enjoy complimentary coffee and access to the fitness center. Two complimentary parking spots are included per reservation, and parking codes will be provided. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Additional services to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout, are available for an additional fee. The Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Guests must provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and pass through a verification portal. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
