The home is situated in a spacious, secluded, wooded area with Beaver Lake accessible by a backyard staircase/path. Located just 2.9 miles from Rocky Branch Marina and 15 miles from Downtown Rogers, you can explore local shops, eateries, and parks with ease. The property is not pet-friendly, and pets will incur a $400 fine. Access to the home is via a sloped gravel driveway, so a 4WD vehicle is suggested. The Wi-Fi speed is generally slow and intermittent. Guests do not have access to the boat dock, and water levels may vary due to environmental factors, affecting lake accessibility and appearance.
