About This Property

True to its name, Golfview Flats offers the best of South Florida's suburban splendor. Apartments are oversized, with golf course views and waterfront vistas from private balconies with glass railings. Add enviable amenities such as large, private balconies, in-unit washers and dryers, and you will be proud to call Golfview Flats home. Our location in Sunrise means residents have easy access to downtown Fort Lauderdale and the airport; and are even closer to the legendary Sawgrass Mills and new Metropica where shopping, dining and entertainment are abundant. At Golfview Flats, we make luxury living your reality. All prospective tenants who are 18 and older must apply and are required to pay a $100 non-refundable application fee and consent to background and credit checks. Applicants must make three times the rent to qualify (combined income) and must have proof of income and a copy of their ID. Applicants with a credit score below 600 do not qualify. Pets are restricted to only non-aggressive breeds, must be below 20 pounds and are subject to a $40 monthly pet fee (per pet). All animals must be spayed or neutered and must have current vaccination and health records from a licensed veterinarian. In addition to the rent, tenants also pay $5 per month for pest control, $15 per month for trash service, as well as water/sewer and garbage service reimbursement based on the size of the apartments. Applicants must provide employment and prior rental references.
