At Golfview Flats, we make luxury living your reality. All prospective tenants who are 18 and older must apply and are required to pay a $100 non-refundable application fee and consent to background and credit checks. Applicants must make three times the rent to qualify (combined income) and must have proof of income and a copy of their ID. Applicants with a credit score below 600 do not qualify. Pets are restricted to only non-aggressive breeds, must be below 20 pounds and are subject to a $40 monthly pet fee (per pet). All animals must be spayed or neutered and must have current vaccination and health records from a licensed veterinarian. In addition to the rent, tenants also pay $5 per month for pest control, $15 per month for trash service, as well as water/sewer and garbage service reimbursement based on the size of the apartments. Applicants must provide employment and prior rental references.
