Step outside to relax around the outdoor fire pit, or head to the water’s edge, where you'll find a boat launch and plenty of prime fishing spots nearby. This cabin offers three cozy bedrooms, each with different bed sizes to suit your needs: a Queen bed, a Full bed, and a Single bed. The spacious living area features vaulted ceilings, a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island for extra prep space. The dining table comfortably seats 4, and there’s additional bar seating at the kitchen island. Enjoy meals together, or unwind in front of the 40" Smart TV with high-speed internet. If you're in the mood for some entertainment, the cabin comes with a Blu-ray player, an assortment of DVDs, and a variety of indoor games like cards, Uno, dominoes, chess, checkers, Yahtzee, and puzzles. When the temperature drops, cozy up by the indoor propane fireplace for a relaxing evening. You’ll also have a full bathroom with a hairdryer and in-home laundry machines for your convenience. A pet fee of CAD 49.00 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, the fee will be collected separately. If you have more than one pet, an extra fee of CAD 49.00 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation. The driveway is available for parking and can hold up to 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited. Delta is a picturesque village located between two pristine lakes in the Frontenac Arch Biosphere. The new Millstream Park features an accessible ramp to the waterfront, stabilized docking, a kayak launch, and an amphitheatre. Boaters are once again able to dock their vessels and access the village from Delta Creek. Launch from this point to find quality paddling on both Upper and Lower Beverley Lakes. The main attraction in Delta is the Old Stone Mill, built in 1810, now a seasonal museum and a designated National Historic Site of Canada. The Mill is open annually from Victoria Day weekend to Labour Day and during special events, where it continues to grind and sell locally grown heritage Red Fife wheat. At the same time of year, seasonal food trucks are operating, and Lower Beverley Lake Park offers camping, cottages, a beach, boat launch, playground, ball diamond, and wooded trails. In early April, Delta hosts the annual Maple Syrup Festival (since 1967) that marks the first crop of the year, maple syrup. Held at the end of July, The Delta Fair (since 1830) is one of Canada’s longest running fairs, showcasing traditional agricultural activities such as home craft judging, tractor pulls, a horse pull and horse shows, plus a modern midway. The last Saturday in September is the Harvest Festival (since 2015), a community favourite showcasing local produce, crafts, and hot apple cider. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of the full deposit. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. To ensure a smooth check-in process, provide your estimated time of arrival prior to your arrival to arrange a key exchange at the gate. Being close to parks and nature, occasional visits from ants or the odd cobweb may occur despite regular cleaning. It’s all part of the charm of staying in a character-filled space near the outdoors.
