Master bedroom has a king size bed, large master bath, walk-in closet, and beautiful view of the backyard and local mountains. Guest bedroom #1 has a queen size bed. Guest bedroom #2 has 4 twin beds (bunk beds). Guest bedroom #3 is a Mother-in-Law suite equipped with it's own kitchen, laundry, living room, and bathroom - perfect for a visiting family! Home is within a gated community with it's own private park, and is close to Fantasy Springs Casino, restaurants, shopping, Terra Lago golf course (and other courses), and the Badlands Hiking Trails. Other nearby activities: Coachella Festivals, Stagecoach Festivals, BNP Paribas Open tennis tournament, Desert Classic PGA West Tournament (La Quinta), World Championship Pickle Ball Tournament, El Paseo Shopping, The Living Desert Zoo & Animal Park, Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, Art Festivals, Balloon rides, Museums, Polo, and Theaters. Home can accommodate seasonal renters such as snow birds, seasonal relocations/vacationers, temporary relocations for insurance housing, corporate relocations, traveling nurses or doctors. Home is available for seasonal rental (minimum 31 days), rates vary based on month and length of stay.
