Entertainment options include three TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the spacious living area, a full shuffleboard table, cornhole, life-size Jenga and Sorry games, a rock wall with monkey bars, and a slide down next to the stairway. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to the stay. Step onto the screened-in porch and listen to the sounds of nature. As night falls, gather around the solo stove for s’mores under twinkling market lights, or enjoy outdoor games in the expansive backyard surrounded by trees. Enjoy direct access to the Snowbird adaptive trail leading to Bella Vista’s scenic back 40 bike trails right from the yard. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
