This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. Step onto the screened-in porch, where you can sip coffee while listening to the soothing sounds of nature. As night falls, gather around the solo stove for s’mores under twinkling market lights, or enjoy outdoor games in the expansive backyard surrounded by trees. Enjoy direct access to the Snowbird adaptive trail leading to Bella Vista’s scenic back 40 bike trails right from your yard! Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
