About This Property

Our beautiful home is located on Anderson Lake and two blocks away from a major highway (Highway 169) with convenient access to Sam’s Club, Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Costco, Aldi, Trader Joe’s, and many more. It is only 10 minutes away from the airport. This is a very safe neighborhood, and our home is in a cul-de-sac with a wooded backyard. In fact, there has never been had a single crime since this place was built over 50 years ago. A search for crime rate around this neighborhood will show 100% safe! We are looking for someone or a family to lease our home. The renter will need to take care of the entire home as if it were their own and pay all utilities. All major appliances are relatively new, so there should be no problem at all. The renter can also use all our furniture. Our home has three levels with over finished 3,000 square feet and an unfinished basement. The entire upstairs of finished 3,000 square feet have been completely updated in the last few years, so it looks quite modern even though the property was built around 1980.
