About This Property
Spacious 1 br/1 ba. Seeking mature, healthy, quiet individual or couple for downstairs apartment. I live upstairs. Separate meters for electric and gas. I pay water, garbage, and internet. Shared garage and basement with ample storage. You do have to mowe grass. I have a lawnmower but you can use your own. You do have to shovel snow. Pets are negotiable. This is an old house built in 1915, very spacious, but nothing fancy. I have replaced the furnace and central air conditions.
