LEASE LENGTH: 12-month Minimum INITIAL MOVE-IN COSTS: Upon application approval, a nonrefundable Holding Retainer will be required to secure the property and is 40% refundable if approved applicant does not proceed with rental. Upon renter move-in, holding retainer will be applied towards the move-in costs (security deposit 100% refundable @ move out). The Holding Retainer amount is determined by 1 times the monthly rent. A $250 one-time lease preparation (cleaning fee) as well as the first month's rent is due prior to move-in. PET POLICY: No pets is preferred, however, Dogs and Cats Allowed dependent on breed and size. Pet monthly fee will apply if the pet quantity for the unit exceeds 1 ($35 Fee per additional pet).
