The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, three additional bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, and a fifth bedroom features one queen-size bed and three single beds. With 3.5 bathrooms, guests will enjoy convenience and privacy. Two dogs are allowed for an additional fee of $150 per stay. Staying in Emigrant means you’re choosing a quiet, rural, nature-focused lifestyle with scenic mountain and valley views, open space, privacy, and proximity to rivers and forests. Driving distance from Emigrant to Bozeman is about 47 miles, a drive of approximately 45–50 minutes under normal conditions. The hot tub and sauna are currently unavailable and will not be in use until January 2026. Renting a car is strongly recommended, as the area is rural and ride-shares are limited. Highways are paved and easy to drive, but local roads near the home may be gravel. In winter, 4WD/AWD is recommended. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
