Unloading dock behind bedroom windows trucks all day 630 am till 3 pm loud tenants o n site mge is a drunk n on drugs place is always dirty roach infested bad wiring hasn't been painted in years at least 30 years drug dealer on site impossible to get things fixed landlord came into my apt when I wasn't home they don't give notice when they come either place floods in the rain out back if tenants don't like you they will team up with owner n get you out very loud here homeless all over the place you don't wanna live here owner will take advantage of you b nice to get you to do stuff for free outside as of now hasn't been cleaned in 3 weeks she will take your deposit n say apt was trashed
