Nice 2/1 in Sailboat Bend with HUGE private backyard and NEW kitchen appliances! Use our self-service showing system to view the apartment all by yourself and on your own recognizance - you drive there, you unlock the door, and you view the apartment without us being there with you. Viewing hours are in effect 7 days/week from 8AM to 8PM for your convenience. Please call our office for more information - 954-566-8998. Note that you must register for the self-serve system before attempting to view the apartment. Apartment #4 is a nice 2 bedroom, 1 bath corner apartment in Sailboat Bend. The apartment is fully tiled and features both central A/C and ceiling fans. Each apartment is assigned one off-street parking space, and rent includes water, sewer, and trash removal services. This particular apartment boasts a HUGE private fenced-in backyard area and is perfect for large pets. There is a maximum of 4 people allowed in a 2-bedroom apartment. The property has an on-site coin operated laundry area for your convenience. The property, nestled within the quiet Sailboat Bend district of Fort Lauderdale, is very close to the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, the Museum of Discovery and Science, downtown Himmarshee Village, Revolution Live, and the new commuter Train Station. There is a small marina nearby, and RiverWalk Fort Lauderdale is also quite close. The property is also close to the Riverside Market and Cafe. LARGE pets (up to 60lbs) are allowed with a maximum of two pets per apartment (dogs or cats), and dog breed restrictions are enforced. A one-time pet fee (per pet) is additional and due at lease signing. $80.00 non-refundable application fee per person over the age of 18. Lease terms are for 12 months, and a complete background screening is performed with every application. The overall move in cost = the first month's rent PLUS the security deposit, which ranges from 1-3 month's rent. Note that we do NOT collect the last month's rent in advance.
