(406) 556-7187 - 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condo - This is a Second level 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condo in the Laurel Glen subdivision. 1 of the bedrooms can be used as an office, as it has built in book shelves. 1 car detached garage with storage loft, as well as 1 designated parking space are included. The condo features a gas fireplace, small balcony, laundry room with washer and dryer, walk-in closet and en-suite master bedroom. Carpet will be brand new April 2021. No smoking or cats are allowed in this home. Sorry, this is not negotiable. The Owner is willing to accept a small dog (breed restrictions apply & no puppies) with a pet deposit of $300 + $50 monthly pet fee. Tenant is responsible for Gas/Electric through Northwestern Energy. Water, sewer, trash, snow removal and lawn maintenance is provided. Minnick Management Inc. runs a credit and criminal background check on all applicants over the age of 18. In addition we conduct a rental reference from past landlords. If you do not have credit or low credit, Minnick can ask for a co-signer. Also if you do not have rental history, you will automatically need a co-signer.
