Laundry privileges once weekly. Simple kitchen with microwave. Full-size refrigerator. Off street parking and security cameras. tinted window for privacy. 3 community pools, (one heated per month, 3 spas, all heated 24/7 and two tennis courts with beautifully manicured grounds Rental Requirements: • Application screening fee is $40.00 per household and is non-refundable.(Online payment) • You must have good credit and FICO score. • No previous Evictions. • You must have at least 3 current months of verifiable income in the form of pay stubs, bank statements, or income tax records. • You must have good rental history with 3 references from your 2 previous landlords. • You must have government issued photo identification. (state driver’s license, passport) • No felony convictions • Incomplete applications will be set aside until all required information is submitted by all applicants • Once approved, a signed lease and the first full month's rent (or more depending upon credit worthiness) plus security deposit will be due. Payment must be made through Zelle or cashier’s check or money order only. • The security deposit is due in full, prior to your receipt of front door key code. Please note you must have a PO Box. No mail delivered here. Also, a quarterly mini clean is required, every four months which is the tenants responsibility to pay.
