A small backyard is enclosed with alley access where trash & recycling cans are placed for pickup. Renters will pay for all utilities. We will provide lawn care for additional fee. Rental insurance is required. No large pets allowed. Some small pets may be agreed on & added to the lease with landlords approval (for additional fee). Lease duration is for a year, or we are happy to customize a lease through May for University of Louisville students. Security deposit due at signing (first & last month). No smoking or drugs.
