There are 3 very large living/family rooms including one with a wood burring fireplace. New ceiling fans and light fixtures throughout. House has washer dryer, large fenced in backyard and a shaded outdoor patio area! There is a carport as well as off-street parking for up to 5 vehicles. Lots of room for boat storage. Also, there is a large locking storage shed for bikes and tools. A cool feature is that one bedroom has it's own back entrance and a private bathroom. Great guest room set up! The primary bedroom is really large. Other bedrooms are decent sized. If it is important, there are no stairs! Any tenant in house must be on the lease. Credit check required. Tenants pay Dominion Energy bill and Charleston Water bill. Cable, internet etc are tenant's choice. Security Deposit equal to 1 month rent is due when lease is signed. First month's rent is due before move in. All applicants to provide prior residence and current employer references.
