Each room has their own private vanity and each room has their own private walk in closet. You will be allowed to exclusively access the two rooms and bathroom that you will be staying in. I am an active work from home professional. I have a house that is way bigger than I need. I like nice things and enjoy people and company. I do not mind making my space available to others that would like a safe, clean, and nice place to stay while they are away on business or travel. I will mostly be tucked away in my study, or my quarters, but will be available to provide assistance or help with anything should the need arise. I will be mostly out of your hair and the place will be mostly yours while you are here. The property is located in a Private gated community with estate homes. You will need a car and there is plenty of space to park in the driveway or in the garage. This property is southwest of the airport, near SW 109th & Council, near Mustang, but still in OKC. 12 min to Will Rogers, 8 min to I44, 8 min to John Kilpatrick Turnpike, 11 min to Mustang, 17 min to Yukon, 23 min to Downtown. Uber and Lyft will service this location. Lease Details: If you're looking for a short term lease we can do 0 deposit and either party can terminate the lease with 7 days notice.
