DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR HALLWAY, SHARED BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY The single room is move-in ready at this time, and the air conditioner has been installed in the window, there's a brand new ceiling fan with light fixture and remote control, the full size kitchenette has a dual stainless sink, full size refrigerator freezer, and there are cabinets installed above the kitchenette area. there is a full size wooden dining table at this time, and a small sofa sleeper. Once you enter the house you will notice that there is an interior door that connects with a small interior hallway to the shared full-size bathroom with laundry closet once you're inside the house.
